Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing, branding, and lead generation efforts at NovinLabs, an enterprise IT consulting and managed services company specializing in ERP, cloud, DevOps, and intelligent IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure to B2B technology marketing within a fast-growing, remote-first startup environment.
Duration: 3–6 months
Responsibilities
- Support social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Assist in B2B lead generation campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help create marketing content (posts, articles, presentations)
- Support email marketing and outreach initiatives
- Assist in updating website and promotional materials
- Track and report marketing performance metrics
- Contribute to sales outreach and partnership development
Must Have
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Strong interest in technology, ERP, cloud, DevOps, or AI
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing
- Familiarity with Canva or other content design tools
- Exposure to CRM tools or marketing analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills
